Problem with the hyperlink with your emails
If you experience a problem accessing your account by the hyperlink, make sure you connected to your account properly.
Follow those steps.
1. In the URL web browser erase everything after ...urbanimmersive.com/ (all the blue section have to be removed) √ ENTER
2. In the right corner disconnect from your account
3. Reconnect -Type your email address (the same that you received an email from us)
4. Enter your password
You don't know it? - Click on "Forgot your password"
5. Click "Log In"
6. Access your order to upload images OR click again on the link in the email
