Special prices to your clients

You can offer a special price list that will automatically apply when you create an order for your client or order online. You can add as many lists as you want and as many customers as you wish to the price list. 

You have two levels of price list; based on the company/office or based on the customer. In the customer profile, you can indicate the client's company/office's, if this company/office has a special price list this customer will automatically have access to the discounts. You also have the Special price list toggle that will lock the price list and apply the discount based on the customer. 

From de dashboard, select Special Price lists. 

To add a list, click on ADD A NEW SPECIAL PRICE LIST or the + sign. inscribe the price list's name

For each of the services, you can determine a new price or leave it as it is. To assign the special price list to:

• A customer: you need to enter the name of your client (s) in the search bar. And click on the + sign. 
• An MLS, a Company, or an Office: you need to select the MLS from the drop-down menu, and click on the + sign. 

Once everything is done, click on SAVE THE PRICE LIST

You can see and filter the MLS, Companies and Offices to see which price list is assigned to it.
