How to add clients

Add your clients as desire.

• Add one client at a time
• Add multiple clients from a CSV list
• Add your Tourbuzz clients
• For Quebec users, Add clients with a Centris number

Open the Client list page and hit + sign.Note

Choose how you want to import clients

IMPORT A CSV LIST

Make sure your CSV list match our definition

ADD YOUR TOURBUZZ CLIENTS LIST

Only one click to import automatically your Tourbuzz client.

Lastly, a window will be displayed to show you the status of the import and the status of each customer, whether they have been transferred, whether any information is missing, or whether they have not been transferred.

Your clients account will automatically be sync to their previously Tourbuzz account.

• The master account will be in the UI Business Solution. If you make some changes in Tourbuzz, it will not be replicated in the Business Solution. 
• The headshot and the logo account is not replicated.
