Manage Order
From the dashboard, select orders on the menu.
- Cancel an order
- Note that a customer cannot cancel an appointment through the client panel past 24 hours before the appointment.
- Change and Reassign an appointment date/time
- When you change the date and/or the time for an appointment the photographer and the customer will receive an email notification
- Add a Promo Code
- Make sure you activated this feature in the Main Menu ( FEATURES)
- Change the Travel Expenses
- Access the invoice associate to the order (Only available if the Order is complete)
- Add or remove an option (Only available if the order is NOT complete)
