Manage Order
From the dashboard, select orders on the menu. Select the order you want to modify. *Note that clients can't modify or cancel an order after 5PM the day before the appointment.

EDIT THIS ORDER to change:
- Address
- Service
- Option
- Date
- Photographer
- Additional information
- Payment method
OTHER OPTIONS
- Add a Promo Code
- Change the Travel Expenses
- Access the invoice associate to the order (Only available if the Order is complete)
Cancel the order
After an order is COMPLETE
It's possible to do modification once the order is complete by using the "EDIT THIS ORDER" button.
IWhen you modify an order, the system adjusts billing automatically based on the price difference:
- If the new total is higher than the original, an invoice is generated for the additional amount.
- If the new total is lower, a credit is created, and the system issues an automatic refund for the difference.
These changes are reflected in the customer’s account and refund processed automatically.
