Manage Order

From the dashboard, select orders on the menu.

Select the order you want to modify.
  1. Cancel an order
    1. Note that a customer cannot cancel an appointment through the client panel past 24 hours before the appointment.
  2. Change and Reassign an appointment date/time
    1. When you change the date and/or the time for an appointment the photographer and the customer will receive an email notification
  3. Add a Promo Code
    1. Make sure you activated this feature in the Main Menu ( FEATURES)
  4. Change the Travel Expenses
  5. Access the invoice associate to the order (Only available if the Order is complete)
    1. Edit an invoice
  6. Add or remove an option (Only available if the order is NOT complete)
