How do I provide MLS sized photos?
Tourbuzz is able to provide your clients with MLS sized photos to download in their client panel. In order to do this, let us know the exact dimensions required by the MLS so we can update our system accordingly. Once the dimensions have been specified (a one-time step), and the MLS is selected within the tour editor, the MLS folder will be available to your clients.
**In order for the MLS sized images to appear in the download center, you must select an MLS within the tour editor.
Assign an MLS to the Tour
The first step is to make sure an MLS has been selected in the tour information. To do this, click Edit next to your tour, then within the Info tab, scroll to the Listing Information section, and select an MLS from the dropdown list. If you do not have the MLS number on hand, you can simply enter TBD as a placeholder.
**If your MLS is not listed in the dropdown as an option, you can double check our full list by going to My Account > Account Settings > MLS Integration. Here, you'll find a list of the MLS records we have in the system. If the one you need is not listed, just reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll get it added!
Access MLS Sized Images in the Client Panel
Once you've uploaded your original images, by default, we will then take that image and create 3 additional sizes for your clients: Small, Large, and Print-Quality (to qualify for print quality, images must be 2.4MP or larger).
If you would also like to provide MLS sized images, simply select the MLS within the tour editor and enter the MLS number (if you do not have the MLS number, enter TBD as a placeholder). These sizes will be available to your clients in the download center:
Decide How Tourbuzz Resizes Your Images
Within the Info tab of the Tour Editor, you will be able to determine how the image will be adjusted to fit the MLS dimensions. You can also pre-set this within both the Customer Account Settings and your Account Settings.
Squish: adjusts the images aspect ratio (learn more about aspect ratios here) to make the image fit within the MLS dimensions.
Center and Crop: center the image and crop edge to fit the MLS dimensions.
Fit to Box: resizes the image to fit within the specified MLS dimensions, but retains aspect ratio (learn more about aspect ratios here).
Letterbox (black): reduce the image size, but retain aspect ratio (learn more about aspect ratios here), with black bands filling the screen above and below the image.
Letterbox (white): reduce the image size, but retain aspect ratio (learn more about aspect ratios here), with white bands filling the screen above and below the image.
