Platform fees

Unlike Tourbuzz, the Urbanimmersive platform does not work with credits. Thanks to this system, you don't have to order credit in advance, and you don't have to wait any longer for your 3Ds that have run out of credit!

Platform charges are detailed in the platform charges tab. In this tab, you'll see the different products used during the week, as well as the related fees and orders. Every Thursday, the system accumulates the charges and creates an invoice. This invoice will be sent to you and will be available in your account at all times. It will be paid by credit card on file.
