How to Bring customer list from Tourbuzz to Business Solution
First, you'll need to export the tourbuzz customer list. To do this, go to the Customers tab and, in the right-hand section, click on Download customer database.
As a Tourbuzz provider, you will want to add customers to your Business Solution account. There are three ways you can do it;
- Adding individual customer
- Adding multiple customers with a CSV list *Recommended
For each way, you will need basic information such as; name, last name, email, phone number, and address
Open the Client list page and hit + sign.
We recommend importing using a CSV file.
You'll need to drag your file into the upload section or click on upload to fetch your CSV file from your computer. Once the file has been uploaded, click on Start the Import of the Clients. There's a CSV file definition tab to make sure your customer import goes smoothly. It tells you how your CSV file should be configured. The export format from tourbuzz is compatible with this one
Lastly, a window will be displayed to show you the status of the import and the status of each customer, whether they have been transferred, whether any information is missing, or whether they have not been transferred.
